About the role
Together with our teams you make the best possible software for our customers. We are 'agile by nature', so with us you work according to the scrum method. You have an eye for detail and, like us, you focus on quality.
You help your team and our customers. You are responsible for the functioning of your team and the process, planning, scope and budget of projects of our large and medium-sized customers. You are responsible for the development of your team, you also dare to let your colleagues make mistakes so that they become better, as an individual and as a team.
We expect you to have experience as a project manager or scrum master in a complex environment. Your communication skills are very important: you are our point of contact for the customer, you must understand the needs of our customers and be able to communicate them to your international team of specialists.

Competencies and experience
- You have at least HBO work / thinking level
- You have more than 5 years of experience as a project manager and/or scrum master
- You have experience with software development or digital projects
- You have strong communication skills and social skills
- You are organized and can plan and organize well
- You understand business processes and can understand the wishes and challenges of customers
- You are organized, have an eye for detail and go for quality
- Experience with specifying requirements is also a plus
- Ideally you have a scrum master certificate (PSM), this is not necessary
- It would be nice if you also have experience with other Agile techniques (such as Kanban)
- Because we are an international company, you not only speak and write good Dutch, but also English
